It was an early Sunday morning when John had a supernatural encounter with God. At a crossroads in life, he cried out in sheer desperation for God to reveal Himself to his heart.  If God did not exist, and evil was the only alternative this world had to offer, John vowed he would be the best evil person the world had ever known, and the best assassin the Gambino Crime family had ever witnessed.  

Nearly 40 years have passed since that life-altering day and the reality of God's love and existence remain!  John's life is a testimony that God's love, grace, mercy and peace are available to any and all who will embrace it - even to those the world deems outcasts of society

Pastor John's life verse comes from Acts 26 verses 16-18: "Stand up! I (Jesus) have appeared to you for a reason. I’m appointing you to be a servant and witness of what you have seen and of what I will show you. 17 I will rescue you from the Jewish people and from the non-Jewish people to whom I am sending you. 18 You will open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light and from satan’s control to God’s. Then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and a share among God’s people who are made holy by believing in Me.’ (GWT)
